Payment

• 50% advance OR Airfare / Train fare / Bus fare (whichever is higher) must be paid at the time of booking, before the due date as mentioned by our executive.
• Full and final payment must be made at least 15 days before the tour commences (Domestic) or 30 days before tour commencement (International). Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
• Vouchers and tickets should be collected 5 days prior to the tour commencement.
• Payment made by cheque will be acknowledged only after clearance. Cheque bounce charges will be ₹350 + applicable GST.
• All packages are based on current rates; any delay in booking may result in changes to the package cost.
• Rail tickets will be booked only after receiving complete payment. Note: We are not authorized rail ticket agents; agent charges will be applicable.
• For Air Ticket bookings only, 100% advance payment must be made before departure. Cancellation charges apply if payment is not received in time.
• Spandan Travelmx (Connectology Service OPC Pvt ltd) is not responsible for any delays, schedule changes, or missed flights/trains/buses.

Conducted Tours

• The company reserves the right to terminate a passenger for misbehavior or disturbance. No refund will be given in such cases.
• Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in public places during the tour.
• Extra mattress/room charges apply as per the policy. Single occupancy charges apply if a guest requires a separate room.
• Passengers using railway concessions must carry valid ID cards.
• We reserve the right to publish photographs or group photos taken during the tour for promotional purposes.

Risk & Liabilities

• While we strive to make your journey smooth and pleasant, Spandan Travelmx (Connectology Service OPC Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any changes caused by: Government restrictions, Natural events (landslides, floods, snow), Political unrest, Flight/train/bus cancellations or delays, Visa or permit delays.
• Any additional costs arising from the above are the responsibility of the guest.
• We are travel organizers only and do not own airlines, railways, buses, or hotels.
• The company will not be responsible for loss of property, injury, or any mishap during the tour.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in written form.
• Refunds will be made via account payee cheque after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
• Refunds can be collected:
  • Individual bookings – 8 working days after cancellation request
  • Group bookings – 8 working days after completion of the tour

Cancellation Policy

Period before Departure – Cancellation Charges (% of Total Tour Cost):

• 30 days before departure – 10%
• 15 days before departure – 50%
• 03 days before departure – 100% (No Refund)

• All disputes will be subject to Thane Jurisdiction only.
