Terms and Conditions:

• TRAVEL COMPANY is not responsible for any change in schedule or delay or cancellation of any flights / Railway /bus. The responsibility of flight check-in and railway boarding is entirely of the guest.
• We are not responsible if the guest misses the flight / Train. No refunds will be made by TRAVEL COMPANY for such portions of trips or flights being missed by the guest.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot)
• “EXTRA MATTRESS” will be provided to Ex. Adult / Ex. Child sharing the same room. Extra Charges will be applicable. If child/extra adult wants to share separate room in the hotel, they will be charged adult fare. Single adult will require sharing a twin or tripling bed room with any partner from the group. If, in case single person does not get any partner to share a room or wants separate room he/ she will be charged single occupancy charges.
• All disputes pertaining to the tour and travel conducted by the company and any claim arising there under shall be subject to Thane Jurisdiction only.

Cancellation Policy:

REFUND:

• The advance amount will be refunded after deducting the cancellation charges.
• If any cancellations are done by the guest, the refund amount will be given back by account payee cheque only after deducting amount as per the cancellation policy of TRAVEL COMPANY. The said amount of refund can be collected by the guest, 8 working days after receiving the request for cancellation from the guest or in case of group tours 8 working days after completion of the tour.

RISK & LIABILITIES:

• We will endeavor to make your journey smooth and as pleasant as possible. TRAVEL COMPANY will not be responsible for any changes in the itineraries due to unavoidable circumstance such as Government restriction, land slide, road blockage, flood, snow, and Political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, Delay due late permit and Visa, sickness or Accident. Any extra cost including there shall be borne by travelers themselves.
• We are tour organizers. We don't own any airline company, shipping company, railways, buses or hotels. Hence, we will not be responsible for any problems occurred due to them.
• Company will not be responsible for any kind of loss of property, life any injury, death etc. during the tour period.
• The company reserves the rights to add, omit, and change the rules and regulation without given any advance notice to the guest. However, the regulations provided at the time of booking will be applicable to the said booking only.
